Admission Prime League (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides career counselling and admissions guidance to students across India and abroad. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every student, parent and visitor who interacts with us — online, on the phone, or in one of our branch offices.

1. What we collect

We only ask for what we genuinely need to guide you. Depending on how you engage with us, this may include:

• Contact details — your name, phone number, email address and city/state.
• Academic information — your class, board, marks/percentage, subjects and the streams you’re considering.
• Career test responses — the answers you give in our online assessment. These stay on your device until you choose to submit the form to receive a report.
• Communication preferences — the channels (call, WhatsApp, SMS, email) you’ve told us are okay to use.
• Messages you send us — anything you share by form, WhatsApp, email or during a counselling call.

We do not collect payment-card details on this website, and we never ask for passwords to your other accounts.

2. How we use your information

Your information is used only to help you make and act on an education decision:

• To prepare and send your career report and course shortlist.
• To schedule and conduct your counselling call.
• To guide you through applications, entrance prep, scholarships and admission.
• To respond to your questions and keep you updated on relevant deadlines.
• To improve our guidance, anonymously and in aggregate.

We never sell your data, and we never use it to send unrelated marketing.

3. How & when we contact you

We contact you only through the channels you tick on our forms, and only between 9 AM and 9 PM IST. You can change your preferences or opt out at any time:

• Reply STOP to any WhatsApp or SMS message to unsubscribe instantly.
• Email us at hello@admissionprimeleague.in to be removed from all channels.

4. Sharing & disclosure

We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing. We may share limited information only:

• With a university or college when you ask us to submit an application on your behalf.
• With trusted service providers (e.g. email delivery) strictly to operate our service, under confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.

5. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to guide you through your admission cycle and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up support. You may ask us to delete your data sooner (see your rights below).

6. Your rights & choices

You can, at any time, ask us to:

• Show you the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that’s inaccurate.
• Delete your data from our records.
• Stop contacting you on any or all channels.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access to your data within our team is limited to the counsellors working on your case. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take every practical step to keep your data safe.

8. Students under 18

Many of the students we guide are minors. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian when sharing your details. Parents may contact us at any time to review, correct or delete information relating to their child.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
